Finding great stories that have never been told inspires me to keep writing. The first books in the Empires and Kingdoms series center around young Captain John Smith. Sold into slavery, he is given to Aisha, Sister to the Ottoman sultan. He must overcome insurmountable odds in his journey to become free.

Authors cube is the antidote to writers block. My setting and timeframe is historical, but the characters have traits that many can identify in others or in themselves. Positive comments are always appreciated. My blog attempts to answer common questions and provides advice on busting through writers block, by building upon what one already knows.
